Ryder Fleet Products had a very dated website, it was in a static, table layout on a custom CMS system that needed to be updated. Ryder's desire was to be a totally responsive to capitalize on the new rankings that Google provided Responsive websites.
I first redesigned the site in Photosop, sitting with the marketing team to determine which features that they wanted upgraded, and what needed to be prominent. The overall inital redesign comps went over extremely well, and we easily translated the throughout the rest of the website. I made many of the previous static areas much more dynamic and interactive, making their data and pages much more useful to the end user.
I first built the site locally with HTML5 and responsive principles, and then translated each page manually to the xforms that were required by their e-commerce system. The entire site had over 50 pages that had to be built in the new framework.
